Some common questions I am frequently emailed about:

What kind of payment to you accept? I accept all forms of payment via paypal.com (eCheck, ATM, credit card).

How much are they? Chao plushies range from $100.00-200.00, plus shipping. Custom chao plushies start at $140.00. If you would like a quote for a custom chao plushie, please send front, back, and side images to me via email.

How much is shipping? Most of the US is $10.00 for Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. Airmail runs anywhere from $20-25.00 depending on the country. You may have to pay an import/duty fee, depending on your country's policy on international import items.

Why aren't the individual prices listed for each plushie? Because people tend to send me money in hopes that I can somehow manage to make an extra plushie, even though I am not accepting orders. If you don't know how much to pay, you probably won't do that! :) My Shopping Page only lists prices when I am available for orders.

Why r they so expensive!111!!!1oneoneone!!!111 Because they take many hours to make and I like to be paid fairly for my time. If you don't like my prices, you are free to look elsewhere, or make your own:) I generally earn about minimum wage for my sewing time, plus the cost of materials. Custom plushies take a lot of time, care, and skill to construct.

How to order a custom plushie:

Please email front side, and back images of your custom plush to me for a quote. If the eyes are any style other than hero, neutral, or dark, please specify this in writing. If there is anything you think I won't understand or may need more information about to understand the details, please be as specific as possible. Here is a check list of things to identify or specify in your request for a quote:

Eyes - style and colors - hero, neutral, dark, chaos, with lashes, with shine spots, other:
Mouth - smile, frown, toothy grin, none, or custom:
Ears or head plumage, including jester horns, animal ears, spikes, etc:
Emoticon - halo, ball, spiked ball, chaos flame, heart, crown, or other:
Base color (head, body, arms, and legs) or specify colors for each:
Belly color:
Hand color:
Foot (sole) color:
Tail color and style - sonic, dark, ball, custom, etc:
Wings - style and color, hero, neutral, dark, or custom:
Custom features, such as knuckles or claws, whiskers, forehead hair, chest embroidery - including hero, dark, or neutral medals (see below), or other accessories:

Unfortunately, I am limited to the colors I can purchase or dye, and some bright/deep colors are not available or obtainable. I am using a new fabric now, as the old kind has been discontinued in many colors. The new stuff is nicer anyway, but the colors are different. I can mix and match, but you'll notice a difference in the texture, thickness, and pile of the fabric.
