Mephiles is a custom chao designed by Ian.
He is a dark power chao in black, with white fur on his chest, silvery blue hands and
toes with flame accents, six flame tipped head spikes, flame tipped ears and forehead,
a forked tail, and grape purple wings with a matching spiked emoticon.
