Why are your chao plush so expensive? Chao plush take many hours of work. I price each chao based on average construction time. My time is very valuable, and I believe that I am skilled at what I do. My time is in demand and I charge what I believe is a fair wage (actually, it's closer to minimum wage!) Some chao use a more expensive fabric, or a color that is custom dyed, which is why they are priced higher (such as Shadow and Tails Chao.) You can find cheaper representations of chao in plush form all over the internet if you search for them.

If I email you a lot and harrass you to lower the price, will you? No, but it will get your email blocked from my incoming mail list;) It is considered rude by most to ask an artist to lower their price for you.

What are your chao made of? I use the best materials that I can get to construct my chao for many years of enjoyment. I do not use pilly fleece or scratchy felt to make my chao, though I may use those fabrics in humanoid plush (usually for hair.) My chao are made of 100% brushed poly that is super soft, with a nice nap, 100% colorfast. They are stuffed with premium poly stuffing. The details of the chao, such as eyes, mouth, medals, and other accents, are machine embroidered with glossy poly thread. Some special accents may be appliqued by machine or hand.

Will you give away or sell your patterns? I developed all of my patterns through many hours of trial and error. I did not base my pattern on anyone else's work, as I have never even seen another chao plush in person. My patterns are my the life blood of my work. I would never give them away or sell them.

How do I purchase a plush? Each plush has it's own webpage describing it in detail.Unfortunately, the demand for my time has become so immense, that I only sell to people who are n my waiting list. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. It is free to buyers and easy to use. You can pay from a bank account, e-check, ATM, or any card bearing a credit card logo. I do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time unless you are a repeat customer.

How much is shipping and how long does it take? All Chao Plush are shipped Priority Mail (2-3days) within the US. They are shipped with insurance and online tracking services. If you purchase more than one chao, you will receive a shipping discount. To calculate your discount, take the cost of shipping for the first chao ($10.00 in the USA) and add to it $5.00 for each additional chao (a 50% savings.) Shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states is higher, you can email me for an exact quote, but generally airmail is about $20.00-$30.00 and takes 6-10 days. When calculating shipping times, please take into consideration whether or not you are buying a chao that is ready for immediate shipping, or one that will be made to order. Generally, you should allow two to four weeks for a made to order chao plush from the time you order until it arrives. Please plan for holidays accordingly!

I don't have a PayPal account, do you accept other forms of payment? You can use your bank account (checking or savings,) ATM, credit card, or eCheck to pay through PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account. I will also accept cashier's checks and money orders as well, but PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

I really wanted a chao for (fill in the holiday of your choice here) but you couldn't make me one. Why? I can only sew for so many hours a day, and because I have a sewing staff of one (that would be me) I can only make chao at a particular pace. Each plush takes many hours of work, and I can only make so many before a deadline. Generally speaking, I will email alerts when I am accepting a maximum number of orders before a given date. You will only receive emails when I have a chao available for immediate purchase or when a deadline for a special event is at hand (such as Christmas, Easter, etc.)

How can I buy a (pick your chao plush here) when there is no shopping cart button on it's page? There is too much demand for me to meet, and so I now only accept orders from my waiting list. Do you offer a multi-chao discount? At this time, I am too far backlogged with my waiting list to offer a discount. However, you will benefit from the multi-chao shipping discount. Sometimes I offer other limited time discounts on my website, so check back frequently!

What does it mean to comission a chao plush? There is sometimes confusion over what it means to comission a plush artist. Each artist sets their own criteria based upon what they are willing to do. Personally, I sew orphan chao in my free time, and if I can bear to part with them, I list them as "Available for Immediate Shipping" on my website, and sometimes on eBay. But generally speaking, someone must comission me to make a plush for them. In that case, someone just like you goes to my website, says "I just have to have a Shadow Chao or my head is going to explode!" You would then pay for the Shadow Chao, and I would immediately start sewing a Shadow Chao just for you. Shadow Chao would then be shipped to his new home, and upon arriving would be met by screams of joyous laughter and squeezed within an inch of his life. If he is not so received, he has instructions to slip out of a window in the middle of the night and return to me where he will be well loved for the rest of his life. If I have people waiting on a list ahead of you, I will let you know when you can expect your chao plush.

Which level is your favorite level in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle? The Chao Garden, of course. Okay, that's probably not what you meant, but truly, isn't every level merely a means to gain gifts for your chao????? IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CHAO!!!

How do I get a character chao (Amy Rose, Tails, Knuckles, Chaos, etc) in SA2B? How do I get Amy, Tikal, Chaos, Metal Sonic, etc into the Chao Garden in SA2B? You need GBA, SA1 or 2 for GBA (with the chao garden unlocked), a linking cable, Action Replay for the GBA, SA2B for GC, a GC, of course, and the AR Codes for CHAO. You must have the master code entered before the other codes will work. It seems very confusing the first time you do it. But you find find yourself hacking all sorts of awesome chao in no time;) You can also get the character costumes and 2P only characters in the Chao Garden. To do this, just enable the Chao World code, go into 2P mode, select your 2 characters, and when you select your stage, hold up on the D-Pad. If you hit the other character. The game will freeze. The 2P characters can even pet chao and give them hero or dark stats (Tikal and Amy give hero, and Chaos and Metal Sonic give dark). Enter the following Action Replay code to access it:
